Return and Refund Policy

If the item received is defective, obviously different from the actual product described, damaged during delivery or if the item is not received at all, you have the option to request from the seller a refund, return, repair or exchange, according to the seller's responsibilities and costs.

  1. Select "Request for refund" in the corresponding item order page.
  2. Payment will be held in our platform.
  3. You have 7 days to resolve the issue with the seller.
  4. If the seller agrees and accepts the refund offer, we will process the payment back to your account in 7 - 14 working days.

Please note that the buyer might have to bear the shipping cost for returning the item back to the seller.
